A gest\u00e3o Joaquim Neto decidiu remove-las e coloca-las em um lugar pr\u00f3ximo para que os permission\u00e1rios pudessem continuar a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos, mesmo ap\u00f3s o inicio das obras de reformas da pra\u00e7a.
